We are Here When You Need Us - By Appointment

At Grant, we understand that everyone needs to be extremely careful to protect our health during this time, but we also know that families moving into our area need a place to live.  It’s a tough time for everyone. A couple of weeks ago, we made the hard decision to conduct all customer-facing meetings by appointment only.  We are available to send you videos, virtual tours, social media communications - whatever we can do to make your search for a new home easy and safe.

We have many homes in each of our communities in various stages of construction that are available for touring at your convenience.  Check them out on our website first and then call for a private appointment.  

During this time, we will be taking specific measures to ensure the health and well-being of all our employees and customers.  For the health and safety of everyone, we are asking you to contact us via email, phone or virtual communication. We are committed to serve our customers the best we can during this difficult time.

All of us at Grant are continuing to follow these precautions, and we encourage you to as well:

  • We are being vigilant washing hands frequently, covering coughs or sneezes, cleaning and disinfecting shared and frequently touched objects and surfaces, and avoiding contact with sick people.
  • We have implemented a “handshake-free” policy.
  • Our employees have been instructed to stay home if they are feeling unwell.
  • Our employees have been given instructions that if they have recently returned from travel identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) as presenting risks, they are to follow the guidance of the CDC.
  • Our employees have been provided instructions to ask important safety questions of any visitors to our communities to ensure that we understand if face-to-face interactions are safe for all involved. 

For the health and safety of our customers, employees, and trade partners, we are asking all visitors to any Grant location (e.g., office, model home, sales center, construction sites) to advise the proper Grant representative (i.e., the person you have been dealing with) with a phone call or email if they meet any of the following, commonly cited conditions.

  1. Have you or anyone in your household returned from any international travel and/or from areas where travel restrictions have been imposed by state or local government within the last 14 days?
  2. Have you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
  3. Have you experienced any cold- or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days? (including fever, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, difficulty breathing) or do you have any underlying medical conditions?

We love and appreciate our customers and we want to thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to provide you with the best homeowner experience while maintaining a safe environment.  We pray that you stay safe and healthy and that we all  get through this time quickly and securely.  


This is my second home here at Crossroads and with Grant. A good experience both times.
