Grant & Co. is seeking a reliable and experienced Builder/Superintendent to join our team. The Builder/Superintendent directs and oversees the overall operation of the communities within their region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Experience: Minimum of one year of residential construction experience is preferred, and on-the-job training will be provided.

All members of our team are multi-million-dollar sales agents who sell exclusively for Grant.  We have neighborhoods in Olive Branch and Hernando in DeSoto County, Mississippi, and Collierville and Arlington in Shelby County, Tennessee. 

Must have or be willing to earn a Mississippi and Tennessee Real Estate Sales License.  The right candidate is a customer service-driven, team player who loves helping people and does not mind hard work and real estate hours!

Objective: Coordinate daily construction activities and maintain a complete inventory of homes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that houses are built to the requirements & specifications established by construction drawings, building codes, the company, and clients.
  
• Responsible for maintaining all finished speculative homes, pre-sales, and model homes.
  
• Responsible for inspecting the cleanliness of all common elements within each community, including streets, landscaping, and all other common areas. Take corrective measures when necessary.
  
• Responsible for watering all yards and landscaping during the growing season.
  
• Responsible for distributing plans to subcontractors as needed.
  
• Be responsible, to know and demonstrate Grant and Co.'s core values, and maintain a great attitude at all times, despite challenges or extenuating circumstances.
  
  

Education Requirements: A high school diploma is required.
Experience: No experience as a superintendent is required.
