Construction Management

An excellent opportunity exists to join a growing company that has been building homes for over 70 years. Grant
and Company is seeking a Construction Manager to manage, train, oversee, and mentor
a team of builders working in multiple communities.  This position will also be responsible for
ensuring that their communities have adequate suppliers and subcontractors to
build the homes.  A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction is required.

Multi-Family Superintendent/Project Manager

Multi-family
Superintendent

We are looking for a Multi-family Senior Superintendent/Project Manager for
400-unit garden style apartment project in Memphis, Tennessee market.

The ideal candidate should have experience in construction of multi-family buildings and amenities.
This is primarily an onsite position, but will also involve weekly 
meetings with managers and interaction with support staff in main office in Collierville, TN  

The primary scope of work includes management of all vertical construction labor and materials, general oversight of sitework/streets/curbs/signage/site lighting/landscaping, scheduling, safety, inspections, etc.        

Must be able to pass drug and background screening.

Multi-Family Assistant Superintendent

Multifamily Assistant Superintendent

Grant's Multi-Family division is hiring for the position of Assistant Superintendent
for garden-style multifamily project in the Collierville/Germantown area in Memphis, TN market. Candidate should have experience working on a multifamily site and have a basic understanding of building practices relating to construction of apartments/amenities. Assistant Superintendent will support lead Superintendent in daily duties, walk buildings to track daily sub-contractor activities/workforce, and head-up punch staff in final completion and turn-over of high-quality apartment homes. Must have driver’s license and be able to pass drug/background screening.

Land Development Project Manager

Grant & Co is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to join our team. The project manager reports to the Director of Land Development and will be responsible for managing the on-site, daily construction activities, ensuring they are constructed in a timely manager. Essential activities for this role include on-site supervision of land development contractors, developing and
maintaining schedules for site approval and construction, and ensuring weekly inspections are completed timely according to SWPPP standards. Five years of experience in infrastructure/civil construction required.

General Accounting/Payroll Manager

An exciting opportunity exists to join our growing team as
General Accounting/Payroll Manager. Grant & Co.  is one of the Mid-South’s
largest homebuilding, single-family, land development and multi-family
development companies. We are a four generation, family-owned business that has
been building homes and developing communities for more than 70 years. 
The General Accounting/Payroll Manager will be responsible for processing
payroll, recruiting, onboarding new hires, compliance reporting, and benefits
management. The General Accounting/Payroll Manager will also work closely with
our controller and CFO to ensure timely and accurate financial information. A
4-year degree in Business or Accounting required as well as prior payroll
administration, accounting, and benefits management experience preferably in
the Construction industry.
