In order to provide prompt and accurate customer service, all service requests are to be submitted on the Warranty Request Form below. This will ensure accurate documentation of the necessary work for your home and will also allow prompt scheduling of service to the items that need attention. Once we receive your warranty request, you will be contacted within two business days to discuss the item further, if needed. We intend to complete work orders within 14 business days of the request unless you are unavailable for access into your home or if a part has to be ordered. Service appointments are available Monday through Friday, from 8 am until 4 pm. No weekend service is available for regular warranty items.
