Grant & Co. has been building new homes for Mid-South families for more than half a century! Grant & Co. has remained a driving force in the home building industry representing a large percentage of new homes built and sold in Collierville, TN, Arlington, TN, Bartlett, TN, and Olive Branch, MS. The company's home office is conveniently located in Collierville, TN, which is only minutes to any of the Grant neighborhoods in the Memphis Metro area.

Q:What are your model home hours?

Our model homes' hours for Spring/Summer are Monday-Saturday from 11 am until 6 pm and Sunday from 1 pm until 6 pm. During Fall/Winter, the hours are Monday-Saturday from 10 am until 5 pm and Sunday from 1 pm until 5 pm.

Q:Do I need a Realtor to purchase a Grant home?

All Grant sales representatives are licensed real estate agents who can assist you in the purchase of a new Grant home. However, at Grant we welcome (and love!) all licensed Realtors to represent their Buyers in purchasing a Grant home.

Q:Why are select plans only offered in certain communities and not all communities?

Home plans for each Grant community are carefully selected based on lot size and the character of the neighborhood.  Each Grant home plan is designed by a professional architect, not just a home plan designer.  All Grant home plans are reviewed and updated regularly as materials, trends, and homebuyers' needs change.

Grant only builds our exclusively designed plans in Grant communities.

Q:What is the first step to start the home buying process?

The first step is to contact a Grant sales representative who will gladly help you maneuver the pathway to homeownership. Check out our Communities page to see locations and directions to model homes.

Q:Where does Grant build new homes?

We are building new homes in communities in Olive Branch, MS; Oakland, Collierville, and  Arlington, TN.  Watch for new communities coming to Cordova and Bartlett, TN.

Q:How can I "customize" my new home?

While major structural changes are not allowed to our exclusive home plans, we offer hundreds of selection options in our Design Studio for your personal choice of everything from flooring to countertops to paint. Our Design Studio consultants will provide all the guidance you need in making your new Grant home uniquely yours.

Q:How do I see the floor plans that are available in each neighborhood?

All of our elevations and floor plans can be found on our Community pages here on the website. For more information on individual plans or to find out which plans are currently under construction in each neighborhood, visit our Communities page.

Q:I don't have time to build a new home. Do you have homes that are already under construction or complete?

YES!  Unlike many other home builders, Grant has new homes already under construction in all of our neighborhoods. Better hurry! Homes nearing completion do not last long!

Q:What kind of warranty do you offer on your homes?

Grant & Co. has over 75 years of experience in building new homes throughout the Mid-South. We stand by the quality of its workmanship and provide a comprehensive new home warranty. It includes [e.g., a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship, a two-year mechanical warranty, and a ten-year structural warranty]. Full details are available in the warranty documents.

Q:How do you communicate with clients during construction?

Effective communication is a priority at Grant, and we will communicate with you every step along the way with weekly updates from your Grant Sales Representative. We will share regular progress updates, photos, and important documents. We are here to answer any questions that may come up. Your dedicated Community Builder is also available for scheduled calls and site visits.

Q:What happens if I notice issues after closing?

Customer satisfaction is a top priority, even after move-in. Grant has a clear and responsive follow-up policy for addressing any warranty-related concerns. Just submit a service request, and the team will get to work on a resolution. The warranty document is available for review upon request. Reach out with any questions.

Q:Is there a homeowners' association (HOA)? If so, what are the fees and rules?

Yes, Grant communities have an HOA to help protect your property values and maintain standards. Dues cover maintenance of common areas like entries, walkways, and pools. A copy of the HOA rules and bylaws is available for review.

Q:What is included in the base price of a home?

"The base price includes high-quality standard finishes, such as custom wood cabinetry, energy-efficient windows and doors, quartz countertops, and smart home technology. During your Design Studio consultation, a clear breakdown of what's included and what can be upgraded is provided, with transparent pricing for all options. For homes that are completed, a breakdown of all upgrades and options is included in your contract documents.
