The Sign Olive Branch Has Been Waiting For.

Methodist Olive Branch Hospital. Opening Soon.

Methodist Olive Branch Hospital is nearly here!  At Grant & Company, we are excited to see the new sign!

For those who travel Bethel Road south of Goodman Road in Olive Branch, progress on the new facility has been fun to watch.  Set to open in late summer, its innovative, green building design offers patients a soothing connection to the natural world. Sunlight filters in through locally-sourced energy efficient glass and geothermal wells work to naturally control the temperature of the building from the ground up.  According to Methodist Hospital officials, patients collaborated on room design, colors and furniture to provide the ultimate patient-and family-centered environment.

All of us at Grant & Company are delighted to see the new 100-bed hospital come to the City of Olive Branch, bringing full service medical care to the eastern part of DeSoto County.

Methodist Hospital officials have already filled many of the administrative positions and are in the process of filling other jobs for the facility.  According to reports, more than 200 new jobs will be added to the area’s economy when the hospital opens in late August.

Many of these new employees have found homes or are in the process of looking at new homes in Grant’s new home neighborhoods throughout Olive Branch – including Mitchell’s Corner, which is less than 5 minutes from the new location on College Road.  Also convenient to the new hospital is Gwin Farms, the newest Grant neighborhood located on College Road just west of Hwy. 305 South. 

Grant homes in Olive Branch start in the $170’s in Maplebrook and Trinity Park; $190’s in Cherokee Trails; $190’s in Forest Hill and mid-$200’s in Montrose.  To take a look at all the home designs offered in these neighborhoods, click here.
