The Lafayette Home Plan is Beautiful and Smart

Grant homes plans are designed to be the most efficient use of living space possible whether the home has 2500 heated square feet or over 4500 square feet.  Much time and consideration is given to how a home meets the needs of the families who choose to live in them.  Most every home has at least two bedrooms on the main level, a family room, formal dining room, chef's kitchen and bonus room on the second level.
