The Hawthorn - Impressive Primary Suite

When one whole side of your home is YOUR primary bedroom suite…Well, you can be assured that you will be able to have a relaxing evening at home in the Hawthorn home design. 

The Hawthorn is built in Cherokee Ridge and Gwin Farms in Olive Branch; Willow Ridge in Bartlett, TN  and Crossroads in Hernando, MS.  

The primary bedroom is a nice size at 14X17, but if you love an extra-large rest area, you can add an additional five feet and include a sitting area for reading or enjoying quiet time.  The bedroom suite also includes a luxury bathroom with a double vanity, oversized shower and a whirlpool or contemporary tub.  The closet is amazing and is well lit by the window that lets lots of natural light into the closet.

The rest of the first floor of the Hawthorn is equally impressive with its formal dining room, grand foyer, and great room/kitchen/breakfast room combo.  There is also a second bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet on the first level.

Right off the kitchen is the laundry room and a pantry that is large enough for families who buy in bulk. 

The kitchen is anchored by a large granite (or quartz) covered island that seats four.  There are plenty of cabinets and for the family cook, a five-burner gas cooktop, double ovens and a built-in microwave. The dishwasher is conveniently located in the island.

Take a look out the large windows in the great room and see the covered porch.  Want more outdoor space?  Add the extended covered porch area.  For a four-seasons porch, add the outdoor fireplace or screened porch option.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms (4 bedrooms total) and a full bath.  Also, upstairs is the 18X13 playroom that can be used as a children’s den, home office, or as any flex space you want.

Choose the elevation that is YOU.  The Hawthorn Elevation A is a craftsman look with beautiful siding for the perfect pop of color and the distinctive Craftsman columns.

The Hawthorn Elevation B is more a traditional look with mainly brick and traditional wood columns.

Whichever look and options you choose, the Hawthorn is the perfect home design that begins at 2,869 heated square feet and can grow to over 3,095 heated square feet with optional footage added.
