New Phase of Hawks Crossing Open for Presales

Phase 4 of the Villages of Hawks Crossing East is now available for presales.  The 32 lot section includes large 100 X 200 ft. homesites as well as smaller homesites.  Many of the larger homesites back up to treed areas making these lots excellent choices for those who are looking for an extra large backyard. The smaller lots are located near the community swimming pool - which is also new in this phase.

Several new home plans have been added to Phase 4 - several of which offer English or Craftsman elevations.  These new home designs were designed exclusively for Grant and include open kitchen/hearth/great room options; large master bedroom suites; covered outdoor space; conveniently located laundry rooms off the master bath; and updated elevations.  One of the new floorplans - the Scottsdale -  is pictured below.   For more information on these new plans, click here.
