New Model Home in Oakland, TN almost complete

The new model home in Grant's newest neighborhood - Twin Oaks - is almost complete and ready for move in!  The Sloan, a beautiful rear entry home, will feature many of the upgrades and options that are available to customize new homes in Oakland, TN.

This is Grant's first community in Oakland, and the residential builder is excited to offer homes in their Executive Series in this area.  While the model home is under construction as well as several other homes for sale, presale pricing is still being offered on a first come, first serve basis.

Phase 1 of Twin Oaks contains 68 homesites including rear entry garage homes as well as two sizes of front/side garage entry homesites.  There are 6 common open "green" spaces with a large community park in the front of the neighborhood.  The rear entry homes include a lawn maintenance program.  

Twin Oaks is located on Bowers Road across the street from Oakland's new city sportsplex, which is under construction now.
