New Home Sites Available in Retreat at Center Hill

New home sites in Phase 2 of the Retreat at Center Hill are now available for presales at introductory pricing.  As developers finalize the installation of these larger home sites, Grant has begun taking presale contracts at pre-summer prices.  These prime home sites are available on a first come-first serve basis and no lot reservations will be accepted.

Along with the new home sites in this popular Olive Branch neighborhood, Grant has added three all new home designs to the available homes.  The new home plans will features Grant's exclusive King Spa Shower as well as 9 ft. doors on the main level of the home.  The new plans were designed especially for Grant and are the "open floor plan" concept with a kitchen/hearth room/great room combination.  The homes also feature butler's pantries, covered porches, formal dining rooms, and hundreds of other options chosen at Grant's Design Center.
