New Gwin Farms Model Under Construction

Construction is now underway on the new model home at Gwin Farms – Grant & Company’s newest neighborhood in Olive Branch, MS.

Grant just released the first 20 available home sites in Phase 1 of the new development located on College Road just west of Hwy. 305 south in Olive Branch. 

The neighborhood contains three sizes of home sites.  Homes available in Gwin Farms include home plans in the company’s College Collection with a starting price of $181,950; home plans in the Classic Collection with starting prices at $210,950; and homes in the Estate Collection, all with a three-car garage starting at $249,950.  The first 20 home sites will feature homes in the Classic and Estate Collections.  Five homes plus the model home are under construction.

Gwin Farms is off the beaten path – neatly tucked behind a rustic brick entrance, yet it is minutes to Olive Branch, the new Methodist Hospital on Bethel Road (Hacks Cross) and Collierville, TN.  Gwin Farms offers the best of both worlds – small town neighborhood within minutes of the best that Memphis has to offer – shopping, entertainment, medical facilities, and cultural events.

Grant’s exclusive home design, The Oxford, is the featured model in Gwin Farms.  The Oxford is a classic French design with a very large, open family area that includes a casual kitchen and breakfast area overlooking the great room and formal dining room.  The great room is anchored by a gas fireplace with double windows looking out onto a covered porch.  The large master suite includes a master salon bath and large walk-in closet.  Two bedrooms, a bathroom and play room are upstairs.

Grant Builder Steve Reeves expects the model home to be ready for a grand opening by early September.
