New Exclusive Home Plans Coming to Hawks Crossing Phase 4

We are excited to announce that Phase 4 in Hawks Crossing East is now open for presales and several new home plans have been added to the portfolio of homes offered in Grant's new home neighborhood in the Lewisburg community.

Homes in Phase 4 will be offered with the Executive Series standard features and will include options for Craftsman, Traditional and English elevations.  All homes will include oversized covered rear porches, upgraded lighting, carpeting, hardwood, tile, faucets and trim.  Grant's exclusive King Spa Shower with tub deck and drop in jetted tub is included.  Phase 4 will also include a community swimming pool for residents.   

In designing the new plans, Owner Keith Grant has concentrated on areas of the homes that our homebuyers have told us is important to them and their families.  Larger closets, conveniently located laundry rooms, outdoor space, open living areas - just to name a few.  All home plans have been designed exclusively for Grant & Co. and cannot be found in any other subdivision in the Mid-South.  

Hawks Crossing East is located across the street from Desoto County's award-winning Lewisburg Schools.  With school starting in the next few weeks, parents who purchase a new Grant home in Hawks Crossing East may present their purchase contract in order to be eligible to enroll their children in Lewisburg Schools.
