New Bentley Model Almost Ready in Crossroads in Hernando

Even though the BENTLEY, the new model home at Crossroads in Hernando, is under construction now, we could not wait to share details of this home!

With over 3,200 square feet of heated living space, the Bentley lives large – with an open 2-story foyer/formal dining/great room/kitchen/breakfast combo, the family can be together whether watching the big game, celebrating holidays or doing homework at the over-sized breakfast bar.  Lots of natural light floods this area when you add the sunroom option and the expanded covered porch, showing off the granite or quartz countertops, hardwood flooring, custom made cabinetry, and stainless steel Whirlpool appliances.  

The master suite is privately tucked away on one side of the home with convenient access to the laundry room and owner’s entry.  There are two walk-in closets, an oversized King Spa shower, split vanities, and tub in the bathroom.

An additional bedroom with a separate full bathroom and walk-in closet is also on the main floor of the home.

There are two additional bedrooms (for a total of 4) upstairs with a shared bathroom and walk-in closets.  There is also a large (12.5X23) playroom overlooking the foyer.

Two elevations are available on the Bentley – a French elevation and a traditional English elevation.
