Meet The Grant Sales Team: Mark Stauffer

July 8, 2011

Mark has worked with Grant & Company since 2009, working with families who are interested in moving into the Cambridge Manor, Oliver Grove, Elpine Gray and Bartlett Pointe communities. In his spare time, Mark plays drums at his church and is a “closet” guitar player. Mark and his wife, Jodi, have a five-month-old son, Tristan. We sat down with Mark and asked him a few questions: What do you like best about selling Grant homes? Mark: The first thing that stands out is that they are very high-quality built homes offered at fair prices. It is easy to get excited about talking about our communities because you are working with really good people on the biggest investment they will ever make. Working with families as we go from dirt to a finished home brings me a great deal of joy. What makes Grant homes stick out among the rest? Mark: Many people might overlook this fact, but one of the best strengths of the company is that we are financially stable. The Grants have run a really good business model, and we always have market-ready homes available to offer to the public. They make sure they take care of the home buyer.

My wife loved the Design Studio and having the ability to choose every aspect of the design - not a "design package" as in our last home.
