Kyle's Creek Open House This Weekend

Kyle's Creek - a Grant & Co. neighborhood in Olive Branch - is celebrating Home Buyer's Open House this weekend, August 27 and 28, with pizza, sub sandwiches, drawings and free appraisal fees for buyers by Community Mortgage. Lisa Bryan, a new home sales agent with Grant & Company Realtors, along with lenders from Community Mortgage will be on hand all day Saturday and after church on Sunday to counsel with people who are interested in purchasing a new home. Community Mortgage is a Grant Preferred Lender. The Kyle's Creek model home opens at 11 am on Saturday and at 1 pm on Sunday. Many homes are under construction and several are ready to move in today. There are a limited number of lakeview lots also available. Prices start in the $220's for homes on half acre estate lots. Children attend the award-winning Center Hill Schools. Everyone is invited to come see what's new in modern home design and features as well as talk to lenders about historically low interest rates.
