We are so excited to open up lots in our newest neighborhood in Olive Branch, MS for presales!

Edgewater is tucked away off the beaten path on Old Goodman Rd. just two blocks east of Old Towne, Olive Branch, in one of the most historical areas of the city.  In keeping with the old town feel of one of North Mississippi's oldest cities, the architecture in Edgewater features Craftsman, Farmhouse and English style homes, a throwback to a more simple time and place.  

Starting in the $270's, six home plans are available now - all with 3 or 4 bedrooms, optional hearthrooms, optional expanded covered porches, and hundreds of design options on our Grant Design Studio.
