Grant & Co. has contracted with GuildQuality, a nationally-known survey company, to contact homebuyers and Co-operative Realtors to ask, "How are we doing?"
GuildQuality is a company that provides customer satisfaction surveys for building companies throughout the country. Once the information is gathered, consumers can read unbiased, detailed reviews from other customers to verify the quality of the company as they are making their home-buying decision.
"We are excited to be conducting these surveys," said Keith Grant. "Our company will benefit from hearing our customers' honest assessment of our work and learning where we are excelling and in what areas we can improve."
Other online review sites do contain good information, but their data often comes from the most happy or least happy customers. As a contrast, GuildQuality provides detailed surveys from a much larger percentage of the client base with a more robust sampling of their overall experience with the builder, the Grant sales representative and the warranty program.
"Our whole purpose is to provide our customers with a greater overall customer experience," said Grant. "We always want to be doing better."
The survey will evaluate the overall performance of the company in Shelby County, TN and in DeSoto County, MS as well as the performance of the company's individual team members who work in the company's 12 new home neighborhoods as well a the warranty department, Design Center and even Grant's closing attorney.
