Grant Kicks off Holiday Giving Program - Grant Gives

Santa Clause is coming a little early at Grant & Company! The Grant Sales Team has been challenged by Grant & Company Builders with a very cheerful proposition – for each home SOLD between now and year end, Grant will contribute $100 to the GRANT GIVES program for needy families. The money will go toward providing special Christmas gifts for needy families in Shelby County, TN and DeSoto County, MS. Included in the care package will be food and clothing for the family as well as special gifts from Santa for the little ones. “All of us at Grant are so blessed every day and we need to be a blessing to other people in our community. That’s why we started the Grant Gives program,” said Keith Grant.  “In the spirit of Luke 12:48 – To whom much is given, much is required – we have been given much and during this holiday season we are passionate about giving to those less fortunate than we are.” The Grant Sales Team is excited for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of other people by doing what they love to do – help families choose a new home. “We have been given 35 new homes that will be finished and ready for move in by the end of the year,” said Martha Fondren, Sales Manager for Grant.  “We have 35 opportunities to not only make dreams come true for our home buyers but also provide a warm, holiday experience for families who might not have a family meal for Christmas or a warm coat or gifts under the tree.  This means a lot of us to be able to help someone else just by doing our jobs.” Move-in ready homes that qualify for the Grant Gives program are located in all 14 Grant communities in Olive Branch, MS,  Bartlett, TN,  Lakeland, TN and Arlington, TN.   For a complete list, visit the website at www.grantnewhomes.com
