When new home buyers walk into the Design Center, the vast selection of flooring, faucets, lighting, appliances, countertops, bricks – it can all be quite overwhelming.  Lacy Sarwat is Grant’s Design Center Coordinator and is our resident expert on what’s new and hot in home designs. She makes choosing colors and options fun and easy by reviewing the buyers’ sales contract for specific options and upgrades before the Buyers ever get to the Design Center and organizing the selection process.
