These fixtures help maximize water efficiency without sacrificing performance. Dishwashers installed in every Grant home are not only ENERGY STAR® certified for energy efficiency, but also use significantly less water than standard older models.

Grant homes are built with air sealing, quality insulation and high-performance windows to enhance comfort, improve durability, reduce maintenance costs and help lower monthly utility bills.

Grant installs LED surface mount lights in the place of the old canned lights found in used homes and some other builders’ homes.  LED surface mount light fixtures deliver the best of all possible outcomes, excellent energy efficiency plus high illumination for many types of uses.
