Forest Hill Phase 10 Now Available

A new Grant & Co. model home is now under construction in Phase 10 of the Forest Hill community in Olive Branch.  Along with the model home, seven new homes are completed or nearing completion on the 39 new home sites now available in this established family community.

Grant has chosen a favorite home plan, “The Chandler,” to showcase all the features and amenities offered in homes at Forest Hill.  “The Chandler” model home will showcase beautiful hardwood floors by Rivertree Hardwood in the formal dining room, entry and great room and tile in the kitchen and all baths.  This home has two bedrooms, including a large master suite, downstairs and two bedrooms and a bath upstairs.  There is also a finished bonus room and an optional fifth bedroom upstairs.   Featured in the model home will also be Grant’s exclusive King Spa shower in the master bathroom – a large tiled shower that includes two shower heads, one of which is a relaxing “rain” shower head and a convenience bench.

The new model home should be ready for the decorators within 45 days. 

Four other homes are completed and ready for move in including the stately “Vermont,” two newly designed homes - “Oxford” and “Princeton,”  a “Chandler,” (like the new model) and the “Ashley.”  Prices on these homes range from $193,950 to $239,950.  Prime building sites are also available for built-to-order Grant homes.
