Featured Grant Neighborhood: Olivers Grove

July 8, 2011

Located in the Bartlett Reserve on Old Brownsville at Brunswick Road, Oliver’s Grove is a small community of cottage-style homes built around a community lake and wooded walking trail. There are 31 home sites available in Oliver’s Grove, and prices start in the $140s – an incredible value for a new home in the Bartlett area. Each home features three or four bedrooms, salon master baths, hardwood floors in the entry and tile floors in all baths, double garages, expandable bonus rooms, walk-in closets, fireplaces with gas logs and fully sodded yards. Oliver’s Grove is in the Shelby County School district, and children attend Bon Lin Elementary, Bon Lin Middle and Arlington High School. There are six new homes currently under construction, and many prime home sites are still available. A beautifully furnished model home is now open to view daily. The great communication from Evette and Conner. They ensured we had a great experience and all concerns were taken care of. They did what they said. Great experience.
