A comprehensive survey is sent to each home buyer after closing that allows the home buyer to express opinions on all aspects of the home buying experience with us. The detailed customer feedback is used to help guide the company in setting policy and procedures that help us improve the home buying experience for our customers.
Homeowners can choose to complete the survey online, by telephone or by mail, whatever is most convenient.
