Coming Soon: The Villages of Hawks Crossing East

We are so excited to announce that our newest neighborhood - The Villages of Hawks Crossing East - will be ready for presale in about 30 days! The first phase of this new neighborhood includes 29 family-sized homesites located on Craft Rd. in Olive Branch, MS, directly across the street from Lewisburg Schools - one of Mississippi's highest ranking schools. Five Grant homes plus the neighborhood model home have already been planned to begin construction by the end of May.  Prices start in the $260's and will include features standard in Grant's Heritage Series such as hardwood, upgraded cabinetry, and upgraded lighting and more.
