Cumberland
First up, we have the Cumberland layout. Asheville
Asheville boasts just as much coziness as Cumberland, but tacks on more than 500 square feet with an additional bedroom and bathroom. This two story home is one of Grant & Co.’s most popular styles. To make it even more appealing, it was recently redesigned to include an optional walk-through shower and an extended covered porch. The latter gives home buyers the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors without those pesky mosquitoes! 

The second story features an open loft that overlooks the breakfast area, making for a unique home feature. Buyers most often use this space as a children's den or study area. Talk about a “wow” moment right off the bat. 

The five-bedroom home includes storage galore with two large master walk-in closets, a nice sized pantry in the kitchen, as well as a butler's pantry with cubbies. This floor plan is available in Collierville’s Hearthstone and Arlington’s White Oak.
