Customer Feedback Important in Making Us Better

We love to hear from our happy homeowners! Especially when they take the time to complete the survey that is sent to them shortly after they close on their new home.
Woodland O'Brien & Scott, one of the oldest and most trusted Voice of the Customer firms in the industry, is in charge of making sure we always know what is on the minds of our homebuyers. A comprehensive survey is sent to each home buyer after closing that allows the home buyer to express opinions on all aspects of the home buying experience with us. The detailed customer feedback is used to help guide the company in setting policy and procedures that help us improve the home buying experience for our customers.
Homeowners can choose to complete the survey online, by telephone or by mail, whatever is most convenient.
“We not only want to hear about the good things our team does,” said Keith Grant, co-owner of Keith and David Grant Homes, LLC. “We also want to hear when someone has a problem or a suggestion of how we can do our jobs better. Customer input has resulted in decisions on standard features, home plan design and policy. We sincerely want all feedback from Grant home buyers.”
