Every third Thursday of the month, Grant homebuyers fill the conference room at the main office at 177 Crescent Drive, Collierville, to meet the Grant staff, sales team, builders and Design Center consultants and to learn more about the building process, mortgage process and home closing. We call this meeting “The Grant Experience.” 

All of us at Grant & Co. are delighted to meet with our new buyers to introduce ourselves and educate the homebuyers on a process that can be a little bit intimidating, especially if we are building the new home from the ground up, a presale, for the buyer. Manuel “Mano” Boyadjian, Mortgage Investors Group, is our mortgage partner for The Grant Experience.  Mano is here every Thursday night to explain the mortgage process, from contract to closing.  He talks about how to qualify for a mortgage loan, the importance of using a local lender and all the things to do and not to do during the process of buying a new home.  Mano can answer any questions about the different types of mortgages, qualifications and special programs. 

Mark Miesse, Memphis Title Company, is the Grant preferred closing attorney. Mark or a member of his staff, is always on hand to discuss the closing process and answer any questions home buyers have about what they need to bring to closing in order to enjoy a smooth closing and get the keys to their new home as soon as possible. 

A tour of the Design Center with our Design Consultants, Lacy and Lauren, is always the highlight of the event. With many years of experience in home design and décor, these consultants know their way around new home selections and help to make a buyer’s new home perfect for their family.
