Grant Sales Team Gears up for the New Year

The Grant & Co. Sales Team enjoyed a full day of sales training this week with Phil McShan, Vice President of Forrest Performance Group, a nationally recognized sales and customer service training company headquartered in Fort Worth, TX.
"The emphasis on this session was all about customer service," said Martha Fondren, Director of Sales & Marketing for Grant & Co. "We want to start 2018 with a mindset of making sure we have happy homebuyers."
Grant & Co. homebuyers can expect an improved communication system from the Grant Sales Team in the coming months. Grant Agents will be dedicated to keeping Grant homebuyers in the loop during all phases of construction - from contract to keys and beyond.
Grant buyers can expect to receive a customer satisfaction survey from a third party survey company, Woodland, O'Brien & Scott, a management consulting and research firm specializing in providing counsel to homebuilding companies nationwide in the area of customer relations.
"Our sales team is committed to creating the best possible relationship with our homeowners and we will work hard to earn their trust and to make the home buying process an easy and enjoyable experience," said Ms. Fondren.
