We are excited to present a new floorplan that has just been added to the Grant portfolio of home plans - The Remington.

With a little over 3,800 heated square feet with the optional sun room included, the Remington is sure to please anyone who loves to entertain family and friends with its integrated kitchen/breakfast/sunroom/great room combination.  A huge granite topped kitchen island is the focal point of this space and overlooks a 20X21 square feet great room with center fireplace flanked by optional bookcases.  The kitchen features a convenient butler’s pantry, a triple stacked double ovens and microwave, and energy efficient Frigidaire appliances.  

Hardwood flooring begins at the grand entry and leads through the main level into the formal dining room, great room, kitchen, breakfast and sunroom.  Off the sunroom is a lovely covered porch, ideal for summer barbeques.  

The master suite is has ample space for a king sized bed.  The master bathroom is a luxurious retreat with its whirlpool tub, split vanities and extra-large walk-in shower.  Two oversized closets and a linen closet provide excellent storage.
