Grant & Co. is excited to start construction on two new model homes in our newest neighborhood, White Oak, in Arlington, TN.

The new neighborhood offers 68 new home sites in two phases featuring The Neighborhood at White Oak and The Estates at White Oak.  Prices range from $319,950 to $434,950 with heated square footages ranging from 2,796 to 3,999.  There will also be opportunities on most homes to expand square footage with optional rooms.

Furnished model homes are expected to be open by the end of March.

The homes in White Oak are part of the company’s Executive Series of Homes. All of the home plans that will be offered here are designed exclusively for Grant in this neighborhood.Several front elevations have been designed for the new homes including several Craftsman style elevations – something new for Grant.  White Oak features a community park with walking trails, benches and a gazebo.

Builder Keith Grant said that the home designs were meticulously planned to create a high quality design character and strong sense of community for the new neighborhood.
