New home sites in Phase 2 of the Retreat at Center Hill are now available for presales at introductory pricing.  As developers finalize the installation of these larger home sites, Grant has begun taking presale contracts at pre-summer prices.  These prime home sites are available on a first come-first serve basis and no lot reservations will be accepted.
