We are thrilled to welcome well known Memphis area real estate sales representative, Molly Phillips, to the Grant Sales Team.  Molly will be assisting new home buyers in all Grant neighborhoods in Olive Branch, MS and Shelby County, TN.

Molly began her real estate sales career in new home sales in the Arlington, TN area.  She has been with Collierville real estate company, John Green Realtors, before coming home to new construction sales this week with Grant.  

"My heart is in new construction sales," she said.  "I love helping homebuyers achieve their dream of owning a new home."

Molly and her husband, Doug, live in Arlington.  They have a daughter, Kate.
