After a couple of months of tearing out and totally renovating our Design Studio, we are almost finished with final touches and installations in the new studio.  

Our Design Team along with Senior Builder, Gary Douglas, has worked countless hours in the design and arrangement of the Design Studio in order to provide Grant homebuyers will an easy and fun experience in choosing interior and exterior selections and options for their new homes.  

Kim Grant Brown, along with nationally known builder design studio expert, Jane Meagher, designed and implemented the new studio.

So far, buyers who have experienced the new selection process are loving how easy making decisions on home design is with all the visuals and selection tools.  

“We have taken nationally recognized studio design practices and incorporated the Grant experience into the process to offer the best experience we can for our home buyers,” Brown said.  “There are still a few elements yet to be implemented, but we are at least 90 percent done.”
