Grant & Co. is a family business. It dates back to the 1940s when Carl Grant began building homes, with each generation thereafter taking part in the craft. Currently, Carl’s grandchildren, Keith, David and Kim are at the helm with dozens working under their leadership who might as well be family too! They may not have the Grant last name, but with a workplace culture that focuses on family, faith and fun, it’s only natural that everyone feels like a Grant.

To encourage team building and cohesiveness, a group  comprised of members from the back office, building team and sales team was assembled to plan activities, events and outings. Let’s meet the Fun Squad, shall we?!

• Erin Baker: As one of the youngest sales agents for Grant & Co., Erin keeps the team young and they love her for it!
• Kristy Bartholomew: Manager of Grant & Co’s online sales, Kristy joined the team in April 2017. She enjoys brainstorming with fellow Fun Squad members to come up with ideas that will bring the entire company together. Her favorite events? The chili cook off and Halloween costume contest!
• Aaron Clolinger: Aaron is a sales agent for Grant & Co. and has been on the Fun Squad for three years. His goal is to always plan events that appeal to everyone in the office regardless of age and background. Notable activities thus far? Chili cook-offs, cornhole tournaments and scavenger hunts inside cool venues like Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid.
• Ashley Osborne: Ashley holds down the fort at the front desk, but her most important job is making sure we are all fed properly when we gather. Tough task! She’s our go-to when it comes to ordering snacks, lunches and more!
• Jake Moyes: You’ll find Jake working hard behind the scenes in the production department. Last year, he was selected as the Grant Hero because of his exceptional work and stellar attitude. He’s not a hard guy to rally around!
• Karon Reed: Closing coordinator, Karon Reed, joined the Grant & Co. team in 2014. Her favorite Fun Squad activity thus far? Delivering a donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and taking a tour of the grounds. She was so proud of Grant & Co, amazed by St. Jude and inspired by the patients.
