Several new home designs are in the works for the Grant & Company “Cottage Collection” of homes – including the CANTERBURY.

The “Cottage Collection” is a collection of home designs that are just a bit smaller than the typical home built by Grant & Company and they are built on smaller home sites for those who prefer less lawn maintenance.   “Cottage Collection” homes are built with the same great care, quality materials and expertise as all other Grant-built homes. 

These new homes are currently available in Kensington Estates in Arlington and Maplebrook in Olive Branch. 

The first of the new designs to be released is the CANTERBURY.  With approximately 2,150 square feet of heated space, this home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level and a playroom and an optional third bathroom upstairs.  It also has a covered porch on the front and the rear of the home; kitchen with breakfast bar overlooking the breakfast room and a nice sized family room with a gas fireplace.  The owner’s suite features a salon bath with whirlpool tub, split vanities and two walk-in closets.  Grant’s exclusive King Spa Shower is an option in all of the new home designs.

The first CANTERBURY is being built in Kensington Estates in Arlington.
