About The Carver

At under 2,000 square feet and with all bedrooms on the main level, the Carver home design is a rare find! A split bedroom plan with two secondary bedrooms on the front of the home and the primary bedroom suite on the back, this home lives much bigger than the square footage of 1,984 heated space. The entry hall leads to a large expansion of living space including the great room/kitchen/breakfast area combo. Both the great room and the breakfast area overlook a covered rear porch. A spacious kitchen island anchors the kitchen area and a gas fireplace centers the great room. There is a shared bath for the two secondary bedrooms. The primary bedroom suite features a large closet, free standing tub, tiled walk-in shower with frameless glass doors and double vanities. There are options to expand both the covered rear porch and the primary bedroom. Upstairs is a 14'7 X 14'10 bonus room that can be used for a play room, home office, media room or exercise space.

Yes! I want more information on my dream home.

I wanted you to know that we heard the alarms to the EF2 tornado this past weekend as it came through the Lewisburg area. My family and I squeezed Into the hall pantry of our Grant home. Then suddenly, the roar of the “train” came by and the winds were so strong it caused windows and blinds to shake. It was a terrible feeling and intense moment. I wondered if the tornado would cause our house to come apart or have significant damage In the neighborhood. When it went silent, all of the neighbors began checking on each other. We are amazed at the little damage that the homes received being so close to the path of destruction. Many of the homeowners including myself are very satisfied with the quality of the construction! It was devastating to see the home 1/2 mile up the road. I want to thank you Keith for the quality of the homes you are building, and I would like to thank Scott again for selling my wife on buying a Grant home! Daniel Shing
