4. You like to change things up a bit

Dying to try that new paint color on the entry hall walls?  Would love to have shiplap siding in your dining room?  If you are the adventurous type, you can feel free to change things up a bit in your own home with paying an additional deposit or take the risk of breaking the rules of a lease.  Your own home lets you do YOU!

Absolutely pay attention to the financial reasons to purchase a new home, but listen to your emotions as well.  After all, home is where the heart is.
