One such home design that is very different is the Haywood plan.  This 2700+ square foot plan packs a whole bunch of living space in less than 3,000 heated square feet and there is no wasted space.  If you are looking for a WOW owner's suite - this home is for you.  The primary bedroom is 14X16 square feet with the option to enlarge it to 14X21 feet.  But, the owner's bathroom is the star of the show - the oversized shower!!  Large, tiled walk-in shower with bench, two shower heads, and frameless glass door - just plain luxurious!  Bathroom also features double, split vanities with the large tub between, linen closet and large primary closet. 

Another very different thing about this home is the great room/kitchen area.  This space is 29+X17 square feet of living area that is brightened by many windows that give views of the backyard and the side covered porch.  A particularly unusual option on this side porch is the option to enlarge the porch to wrap around the corner of the home for a corner covered porch.  Take a look at the floor plan to see this option better.

Other areas of this home have an option to grow - there is an option to enlarge the owners suite, an option to convert the formal dining room into a study and an option for a third car garage (per lot fit).
