The dirt is moving, street construction is underway and plans are being finalized for Grant's newest neighborhood in Collierville, TN

Located on Houston Levy South, the first phase of Lockwood will feature 38 homesites including three different home types.  The larger lots will be available for some of Grant's most popular plans like the Bradford, Worthington and Monroe.  Smaller homesites will be available for plans such as the Amelia, Kensley and Chapman.  The best loved alley garage homes including the Harper, Sloan and Anniston will be built on the first 11 alley-load homesites in Lockwood.  A full offering of home plans and pricing will be available soon.
