After selling out of the first 44 homesites in Phase 1  of Myers Park within the first year, Grant is getting ready to release the next 38 homesites in Phase 2 of the popular neighborhood in Arlington, TN.

Phase 2 includes both front loaded garages and rear entry garages homesites and features a variety of sizes and locations within the neighborhood.  There are 17 different home plans with at least two elevations per plan available in this phase.  

Myers Park homes are built in Grant's exclusive Executive Series and include many features and amenities that are "extra" in other homes.  New homes in Myers Park also include front lawn irrigation, a lawn maintenance plan, and the enjoyment of the community swimming pool, walking trails, and park-like areas in the neighborhood.
