This orientation gives new homebuyers a chance to ask questions and become familiar with all the functions of your new home. Your construction manager will schedule a meeting with you at your new home prior to closing to explain to you the features of your new Grant home. From the mechanicals of your new home to the energy efficient features, your construction manager will point out all the things you need to know before you move in and discuss warranty procedures with you so that you are informed before and after you move into your new home.
