The "front desk person" is a catch-all phrasefor someone who does a little bit of everything and a lot of some things - Grant's Ashley Osborne is one of those rare people who handles this very well.  She is the first person visitors see when they come to our Collierville office and the voice on the phone when someone calls our main telephone number.  That's the first job on her list.

Ashley also helps coordinate warranty, organizes all supply ordering for the entire company, assists in contract communications, helps to coordinate company events, and helps pretty much everyone in the company do their jobs.  

All of this is heavy duty stuff  and she does her job well.  BUT, the main thing that Ashley does for all of us is this:  She makes us laugh!  Everyone at Grant works hard and it is nice to have someone around who always has a smile to share, an ear to listen, and a story to tell.

Everyone has a special place at Grant.  Ashley also has a special title.  She is our Front Desk Superstar.
