With the GRANT SAFE TRADE program, home buyers at Sterling Place can choose their new home plan and begin construction – before they sell their current old home. Grant will pay for an independent third party appraisal at no cost to the Sterling Place buyer and will present the Sterling Place buyer with a sales proposal on their existing home. If that offer is accepted, the buyer will list the older home with a Grant Preferred Realtor. If the offer does not work for the buyer, the buyer is not obligated to move forward. Grant starts construction on the new home and the buyer does not have to wait for their old home to sell. When the new home in Sterling Place is ready to close, Grant will buy the home buyer’s existing home at the agreed upon price if it has not sold. SAFE TRADE is offered only to Sterling Place buyers and some restrictions apply, but definitely worth a discussion for those who do not want to wait to get their new lives started at Sterling Place.
