Part of the fun of building a new Grant & Co. home is selecting features, finish materials, and colors in our newly renovated Grant Design Studio.  Our 2,000 square foot Design Studio is filled with traditional and modern option styles that will allow new home buyers the chance to truly customize the look of their new home. Buyers can expect to spent two to three hours choosing everything from flooring to tile to countertops and everything in between. Our Designers encourage buyer to  bring sofa cushions or swatches to coordinate colors and styles.  Experts in current home décor options, the Grant Designers can show home buyers color combinations and materials that are trending right now and help them make decisions based on  lifestyle and preferences. A great way to start thinking about options and current home fashions is to browse through websites like Pinterest and Houzz for ideas. Clip pictures of home interiors that you like from magazines like Southern Living or House Beautiful. Of course, the selection process can seem overwhelming and the selection forms are detailed, but Grant Designers will go over all the details to make the process fun and easy.
