Grant & Company builder, Grant Harvey, is putting the final touches on the new model home in Forest Hill in Olive Branch.  The model home, THE CHANDLER, is built in Phase 10 of the Forest Hill community which includes 39 new home sites now available in this established family community.

Grant & Company has chosen a favorite home plan, “THE CHANDLER,” to showcase all the features and amenities offered in homes at Forest Hill.  “THE CHANDLER” model home will showcase beautiful hardwood floors by Rivertree Hardwood in the formal dining room, entry and great room and tile in the kitchen and all baths.  This home has two bedrooms, including a large master suite, downstairs and two bedrooms and a bath upstairs.  There is also a finished bonus room and an optional fifth bedroom upstairs.   Featured in the model home will also be Grant’s exclusive King Spa shower in the master bathroom – a large tiled shower that includes two shower heads, one of which is a relaxing “rain” shower head and a convenience bench.

The new model home should be ready for the decorators by the end of July.  A grand opening will be scheduled in August. 

Two of the first four other homes built on the newest homesites are already sold.  Available now are the VERMONT at $239,835; the CHANDLER at $219,950 and the ASHLEY at $193,950.  All three are ready to move in today.  Prime building sites are also available for built-to-order Grant homes.
