The new model home in Grant's newest neighborhood in Hernando - Crossroads - is almost complete and ready for an official Grant Grand Opening set for October 29.  But, we just cannot wait, so our Grant Sales Representative, Anna-Grace Williams, will be on site Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 5 and 6 from 2 pm until 4 pm for anyone who wants more information about the neighborhood and home plans.  

This is Grant's first time to offer new homes in the Hernando market and we are thrilled to be building in Crossroads - located on Hwy. 51 North of the Hernando town square at Green T Road.  Crossroads offers 8 of our best loved floors plan with 22 different elevations.  There are currently 5 new homes and the model home under construction and nearing completion.  In Phase 1, there are 36 90X130 square foot homesites.  Prices range from $292,750 up to $354,950 before Design Studio custom options are added.
