You have chosen the perfect home in the absolute best Grant neighborhood.  You have made all your selections in the Design Center and you are thrilled and proud that YOU are becoming a new homeowner!  You go back out to your new home site the very next day to see the progress on your home and WHAT???  NOTHING has happened??  NOTHING is going on?!!

WAIT!  DO NOT PANIC!  A lot of things are happening behind the scenes to make sure your new home is as perfect as possible!  As a matter of fact, you may not see real construction for 30 to 40 days after you sign your contract.That’s a good thing!  

The Grant & Co. Production Department has many things to do before the go-ahead is given to the Construction Department to start construction on your home.  Plans have to be ordered, the building permit has to be received and orders for all your materials and selections must be confirmed.When the entire construction package goes out to our Builders, you will start to see “progress” on your new home.Please be patient with us as we do everything we need to do in the office to make sure the process goes smoothly on the construction site.
