Representatives of the Collierville Chamber of Commerce and the Collierville Education Foundation joined Grant & Co. last week for the grand opening of Grant's Collierville neighborhood, Hearthstone.

Keith Grant, co-owner of Grant & Co., presented a contribution to the Collierville Education Foundation,  an organization that promotes academic excellence in Collierville’s eight public schools. CEF supports the schools by providing grants directly to teachers for educational tools not covered by the school district.  With this support, teachers are able to enhance their effectiveness in the classroom.  "We are a family owned and operated company and children are very important to us," said Grant.  "What better way to celebrate this grand opening of our neighborhood across from the new Collierville school than to make a contribution to the education foundation?" Besides being the first Grant neighborhood in Collierville, Hearthstone features Grant's new "Executive Series" of homes.  Ranging in square footage from 3,632 to 4,587 and starting in the low $400's, these homes are all new elevations and floor plans for Grant.  Four homes are available for immediate move-in and several other homes are under construction.  There are still prime homesites available for presales. Hearthstone is located off Sycamore Road directly across from the new Collierville school site - just go south of Poplar Ave. on Byhalia Road to Shelby Drive.  Go east on Shelby to Sycamore Road.  Turn right and the entrance into Hearthstone is on your right.
