As a third generation home builder, Grant & Company has been building new homes for Mid-South families for more than half a century! Carl Grant started building new homes in the early 1920’s in Northern Shelby County, then Richard and Milton Grant followed in their father’s footsteps in the 1970’s with their own companies.

Having grown up in the building business, it was only natural that brothers, Keith and David Grant and sister, Kim Grant Brown, continue the home building legacy. The youngest generation of Grant home builders has taken the old time “tried and true” construction craftsmanship established by their forefathers and combined that with the latest and most innovative ideas of home design to create one of the most respected and progressive residential construction companies in the Mid-South.
